Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while also ensuring fairness in scheduling and preparation, we offer the following cancellation policy for all rentals: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental date will receive a refund, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date will NOT receive any refund, including the deposit. Other refund requests outside of this cancellation policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the full discretion of MJ's Party Rentals. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone to be considered valid. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us.
