Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while also ensuring fairness in scheduling and preparation, we offer the following cancellation policy for all rentals:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund, including the deposit. 

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date will NOT receive any refund, including the deposit.

• Other refund requests outside of this cancellation policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the full discretion of MJ's Party Rentals.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone to be considered valid.
