Cancellation & Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to reserve your rental and secure your event date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if cancellation is made at least 7 days before your event and the new date is available.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may be responsible for the full rental balance.

Weather Policy
Your safety is our priority. If severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, or high winds) prevents setup, we will gladly issue a raincheck/credit valid for up to 12 months. Once equipment has been delivered and set up, no refunds or credits will be issued due to weather.

Important Setup Requirements
Customers must ensure:

  • Adequate setup space is available

  • A minimum 4-foot-wide gate or pathway is accessible to the setup area

  • A power outlet is within 50 feet

  • A water source is within 50 feet for waterslides

  • Property management approval is obtained for apartments or parks if required

If setup cannot be completed upon arrival due to unsafe conditions, inaccessible pathways, or unmet requirements, payments will not be refunded.
